Gaining a positive reputation and image as well as the trust of customers is one of the things expected by a product brand/brand. Of course, a company that wants its brand to get this reputation needs to carry out various activities both offline and online. Along with the development of technology in the mass media, various print, and electronic media also mostly have their own digital media, both websites and social media, to disseminate information more widely. Therefore, being exposed to digital media is one of the things a brand needs in today’s digital era through digital PR (Public Relations).
