For the first time, PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika through its product Rucika, won the “Property Product Satisfaction Award (PPSA) 2018” for the plumbing category which occupies the top three positions with a minimum index of 4.0. These results were obtained based on a survey of 1,275 respondents consisting of 900 public respondents and 375 contractor and foreman respondents.

The award was given directly by the Chief Editor of Property-In Magazine, David Simatupang to the National Sales Manager of PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika, Mr. Sunyoto Bambang Kusumo, on February 13, 2018 at Ballroom I Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.
About the Property Product Satisfaction Award
The Property Product Satisfaction Award is an award given by Property-In Magazine in collaboration with the Survey One research institute for brand holders of property support products and services that have the advantage of providing customer satisfaction to their customers.
The measurement method is based on 4 parameters, namely, customer satisfaction with the quality of the product/service / Quality Satisfaction Score, satisfaction with the price they paid or the Values Satisfaction Score, Perceived Best or customer belief that the brand they have used is the best brand in terms of customer satisfaction. and Expectation Score or customer expectations of a brand’s ability to provide satisfaction in the future.
