5 Steps to Wash Your Hands Right With Clean Water

Keeping hands clean is one of the easy and important steps to avoid disease and spread bacteria to others. Many diseases spread because they do not wash their hands with soap and clean running water.

If clean water is not yet as acceptable as many in some areas, use existing soap and clean water. If soap and water are not available, at least use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or so-called hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean the hands.
